According to Darryl Wolski's (Minor League Agent) twitter:

"According to credible sources the Central Hockey League has been sold to team owners of the CHL franchises"

Considering how Global's stock is at the sub-penny levels ($.003), this might be the only way for the league to keep on keepin' on (Global is the parent company that owns the WPHL, which runs the CHL under the JOA).

I wonder which owners are involved or if all of the remaining ones have a share.

The Current will be located on the glass above the dasher boards surrounding the ice for all home games at the Denver Coliseum in this one of a kind display of appreciation.
