Well since thunder fans haven't had much to talk about this year. I figured this would be a fun and interesting thread to start. Since the first year they did the winter classic my family and i have had a party and watched it on the big screen. So we are doing it again this year, I think the NHL really hit the jackpot with this marketing ploy. Bring hockey back to its roots and it exploded! This year the winter classic shifts to Boston and Fenway Park (home of the red sux...red sox of major league baseball). The Bruins will face the Philadelphia Flyers. So my questions, who watches this? Who are you rooting for? and do you have any traditions or parties for the Winter classic?

I'll be cheering for Boston of coarse, but I bet it'll be a pretty close game.

I will be showing the game at the PENALTY BOX, I have a few guys from adult hockey coming. All are welcome!!
We will have $2.99 1/3 lb burgers and fries for a lunch special and Bloody Mary's for $3.50 and Red Draws for $1.50 (to help with the hang-over) Come see us!! We will open at 11:30am, see you there!! Ill be watching the game, I think basstin will win and not cheering for anyone so I can relax and enjoy the game. Phillys main goalie is hurt so that may make the difference.

It sure is a good thing that cox cable is messing up!!! Grrrrrr at least I have regular def tv...but their hd is down!!

Heck ya that was a great game. I was rooting for Boston and I was worried when Thiomas let Philly score that goal. I thought he had just made a costly mistake. (which it could have been) but they recovered. Great job Boston!
