.................... coach of the Canadian AHL All Star team. One has to wonder how many more talented players/coaches have to come and go before the Thunder get a GM that knows anything about running a hockey franchise and, keeps his nose out of hockey operations.

AHL is different than the CHL. In some since it is easier since coaches don't have to do their own recruiting. probably 80% to 90% of the roster are under contract with the parent club. French might have been a good x's and o's type guy but was a horrible recruiter and judge of talent. Since the job of an AHL coach requires hardly, if any scoutiong or recruiting. It make for a better fit for coaches who are strictly X's and O's type coaches.

Also because the washington capitals were not so great for so many years. I am pretty sure they recieved some higher draft picks who are in thier farm system. Mark French probably has a load of talent to work with.

I don't know all I ever saw happen when he was coach was have the team dump the puck and sometimes chase it, most times change lines You've just been thunderstruck!
Over 18, but glad I'm still hot enough looking to keep my young looks in your opinion |

Why is it Duda can't make it past the blue line when the other players can skate down to the goalie after a goal? If he is that gassed, maybe he should ride the pine. |
