Yes, but each traded in ticket will cost you $2....it's some BS fee supposedly forced on the Thunder by the people running the new Arena.

Its a real fee, from which the Thunder get nothing. Whiners, however, get another thing to whine about, much like the mythical parking issue. Its good people are starting to focus on this, since the parking non-issue was starting to get old.

The $2 is for the facility fee the Thunder have to pay.

If you bought a ticket to any other event at any arena, but were unable to use it on the date on the ticket, what would it be worth the next day?

That's right; nothing! It's not the team or the arenas fault that you couldn't make it on a date that was scheduled last summer. Pay the $2 or throw it away. Your choice.

Now... kwitcherbitchin!

They are doing you a favor by letting you trade them in, so i'd say they are doing a pretty good job of taking care of them. Why should they pay the $2.00 plus give you a new ticket.

But:

"I paid good money"

"I already paid for the arena with my taxes"

"I work hard for my money"

That's all I've got right now, let's come up with a few more the people who think they're entitled to everything for free use when they start complaining about having to get the wallet oil out.

this is great that we can take unused tickets and for 2 dollars get to use them. like a few previous posters said you cant do it for concerts and other sporting events. so kudos to the thunder for accomodating us. I took one in and asked about the charge and she said it was the ticket company fee. no profit for the thunder.
